The Essroc Italcementi Group has signed an agreement with Holcim U S Inc to buy its slag cement grinding facility in Camden New Jersey.
As part of the deal Essroc also will obtain Holcimx27s cement terminal located in Everett Massachusetts The acquisition will finalize when the pending Holcim and Lafarge North America merger completes later this year Essroc representatives say.
